Elite Exorcist Miko is a bullet hell shoot ’em up featuring Sakura Miko, the elite shrine maiden of hololive. The game takes place in a world where evil spirits have possessed hololive members, causing chaos and destruction. Players must combine melee and ranged combat with a variety of items to free their friends from the spirits’ influence.

Gameplay Overview

The game offers intense bullet hell combat with three distinct battle styles: melee, shooting, and equipment-based combat. Players can face a multitude of enemies and bosses across 5 distinct stages, with more stages to come. Each run is unique, offering different bosses, items, and challenges to test the player’s skills.

Challenges and Progression

Players must face boss battles in Boss Rush mode or endless waves of enemies in Shrine Sweep mode. The game also features optional Extra Stages as high difficulty trials, with more stages planned for the future. To progress, players can use materials obtained from runs to increase their strength and craft new equipment, preparing them for greater challenges ahead.
