Dinosaur Survival is an immersive augmented reality game that puts you face-to-face with fierce and terrifying dinosaurs. As the hero, your mission is to help dinosaurs escape unscathed from the claws and teeth of infamous predators like the T-Rex. This entertaining experience leverages mobile AR technology, offering unique and addictive gameplay features.

Gameplay Mechanics

The game is a survival adventure where you must run to overcome obstacles and dodge fierce predators. You can take advantage of the AR feature to experience the game from different vantage points, finding innovative ways and angles to plan your escape. As you advance through levels, you’ll unlock a deadly collection of predators, including the T-Rex, Spinosaurus, and a smart hunting pack of Raptors. You’ll also encounter unexpected, deadly small forms of terror like a swarm of 2-foot-tall Coelophysis.

Survival Strategies

To survive, you need to guide your dinosaur friends to water holes and food sources to boost their energy. If your dinosaur is losing health, you must hurry to the water-hole for an energy boost. The water-hole is also a great place to evade predators and exhaust them by running in circles. Additionally, you can use Dino-DNA points to buy and deploy player gizmos, such as the Dartbow, which can be used to shoot tranquilizer darts at predators to distract or reduce their energy levels.

Environmental Challenges

The game features highly optimized real-time photo-real landscapes that are reactive to wind and other dynamic effects. The environments vary by level, providing different terrains and obstacles to navigate. You must avoid predators using terrain features such as water, high and low ground. In some levels, you may encounter aerial threats like pterosaurs that will try to attack you and distract you from saving your dinosaur friends.

Progression and Rewards

As you progress through the game, you’ll unlock more worlds, new gizmos, new predators, and dinosaur friends. Your survival rate increases as you earn more Dino-DNA points. These points can be used to buy gizmos or build new creatures. You can also track your score and bonus points to earn rewards. The first dinosaur friend is free, and unlocking more complex dinosaurs requires increasing your survival rating or purchasing premium features.

Customization and Multiplayer

The game offers extensive customization options, including character customization and the ability to play with friends in multiplayer mode. You can choose from a wide variety of dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures, each with high-quality models and realistic animations. The game also supports single-player mode, allowing you to survive and explore on your own. Additionally, you can build shelters, craft weapons, and trade with indigenous peoples, making the game experience more immersive and engaging.
