Storyline and Setting
The hard-boiled story follows two female protagonists set in Thailand in 2009. This title can be enjoyed on its own, although playing the previous titles in the series available on Steam will enhance the overall experience.
Plot Overview
The story begins with the murder of Ben, an officer of the Red Flower Society, an underworld mob that operated in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Found in Thailand, this event sets off a chain of events that leads Yeung Kwun, the head of the Red Flower Society, to ask Yvet for her assistance. Yvet, who used to belong to the assassination organization “the web,” is tasked with investigating the case.
Main Characters and Conflict
Yvet, an old acquaintance of Romrowan, the head of Newmoon, a Thai crime syndicate, stands up to exonerate him from the murder charges. As she delves deeper into the case, she navigates a complex web of underworld activities and alliances, all while trying to uncover the truth behind Ben’s murder.
